PhotoBhan Energy Consulting Inc. (Known also as PhotoBhan) is pleased to present our profile and services. Photobhan has been in business since 2004 and officially established in January of 2012. PhotoBhan appreciates our valued customer for consideration as a potential vendor to provide consulting services to design and support implementation of the Wholesale Electricity Market Management System (MMS) and Energy Management System (EMS). Also, we can help in the area of renewable energy integration, namely; wind, solar and storage.

HOW WE WORK

PhotoBhan is confident that we can fully assist our valued customer in the following tasks:

Identify all existing and future stakeholders, understand their existing business practices, conduct surveys, identify the similarities and gaps between existing operational practices and the practices performed across several established Independent System Operator (ISO) markets, and provide detailed reports of such surveys and the corresponding analysis to client authorities

Provide a roadmap for our valued customer electricity market for the next 10 years based on survey results and the similarity and gap analysis performed earlier. PhotoBhan experts will recommend incremental steps to implement starting with the most fundamental aspects of the market and continue with other value-added functionalities as the client market evolves.

Provide Statement of Work (SOW), prepare requirements and specifications, market design based on current protocols and market rules. Additionally, work with market system provider (vendors) such as ABB, SIEMENS, and GE/ALSTOM. PhotoBhan has a thorough working knowledge of these vendors systems because our experts were actively engaged on projects implementing such systems (i.e. CAISO [ABB/SIEMENS], ERCOT [ABB], NYISO [ABB], EIRGRID [ABB/GE], and PJM [GE/SIEMENS])
